Diversity Isn’t Something to be “Tolerated”

It’s something to be appreciated. Valued. Biodiversity is critical to our planet’s survival. Diversity of thoughts, ideas, perspectives, and experiences fuels innovation. It keeps the world from being homogeneous and dull. Imagine if all the characters in a novel were the same – all “matchy-matchy,” as my daughter used to say. How boring would THAT be?
